Manual Control:
EOS says dome diameter is 5.2 meters.
                 Encoder cts/deg = 1133.3
The toothed wheel has 28 teeth.
Using the EOS scale I find that the dome has 1428 teeth (Ryan estimated 1422).

Notes The power to the dome must be turned on before moving the dome. There seems to be about a three second delay in turning on the dome power and about an 8 second coast.

The dome power is shared with the dome slit.
