encoder
Encoder outputs the telescope position in decimal degrees. NOTE: no corrections are applied. It prints out a line like:
> tx encoder done encoder ha=0.095 hap=-6.220 dec=32.539 decp=-0.466 dha=0.000 ddec=0.000
