Usage

altaz [ut=hh:mm:ss] [date=dd/mm/yyyy]

This program converts lines arriving in stdin similar to:

07:09:17.6 +23:13:31 2000.0 14.0 Edith

to

35.486 82.773 14.0 Edith

The first three fields must contain the ra, dec, equinox of the astrometric coordinates. The output is the altitude and azimuth in decimal degrees. The other fields following the first three are copied verbatim.

The current time is used unless overridden by the command line options. The latitude and longitude are derived from the the telescope server rctel (Section 5.11.4).
