Usage

apparent [ut=hh:mm:ss] [date=dd/mm/yyyy]

This program converts lines arriving in stding similar to

07:09:17.6 +23:13:31 2000.0 14.0 Edith

to

07:08:56.7 +23:14:01 1993.8 14.0 Edith

The first three fields must contain the ra, dec, equinox of the astrometric coordinates. The output has been corrected for planetary aberration, nutation and precessed to the current equinox. The calculation uses the values for the current time unless overridden by the command line options. All fields beyond the three required ones are passed through unprocessed. Note: no correction for diurnal aberration is made.
