ut=hh:mm:ss - calculates for Universal time of hh:mm:ss

date=dd/mm/yyyy - calculates for universal date specified.

Note: if only ut or date are specified, the unspecified value is the current one.

decimal - prints out the local sidereal time in decimal degrees.
