telco forks in order to accept commands over sockets (in this case port=0x1360) just like all the telescope device servers (e.g. rctel). However this server is not tied with tserver but is instead aliased to a new tin command. The command set is the following:
- daemon=1 - to start daemon mode
- daemon=0 - to stop daemon mode
- help - to print out the list of commands
- reqid= - to execute a specific request when not in daemon mode
- tickle - to regenerate the list
- abort - kill procedure that it is executing
