Usage

startnet [nosave] [rctel] | [rslit] | [rstage] [telco]
startnet is a script that starts the observatory servers and daemons

Note: You must be logged in as master telescope user rct to run the process. Do a 'su - rct' to accomplish this.

It starts all needed servers:

and daemons: putting their output into log files in the /data directory: Current log files are tserver.log, rctel.log etc. Older logfiles have ISO8601 dates appended. For example, tserver.2007-01-25T01:02:47Z .

If a server has been started it will kill off any previous tserver process and then restart it.

Often this command is used in conjunction with the show command, to start and stop the telescope servers.

Unfortunately the rleach CCD controller and the relectrim guider controllers cannot be started from this command because they reside on a different machine.
