tstar - converts TPoint star catalog into coordinate string format
SYNOPSIS
tstar catalog_name
DESCRIPTION
tpstar reads the TPoint star file specified as the first argument
and prints it out
in coordinate format.
Making a table of lines like the following:
ra=01:27:39.357 dec=+45:24:24.240 equinox=2000.0 epoch=2000.0 mode=astrometric name=001040 pmra=350.7 pmdec=-107.0
