SYNOPSIS
allstar tarid= logid=
DESCRIPTION
This procedure is used to look for the best guidestar
for a field.
allstar does the following:
- points telescope to specified object
- takes a 10 second image with science CCD
- generates a list of guidestars
- picks the 10 brightest
- takes a guider image of each
- locates stars
All filenames have the form: allstar.$logid.$count.fits
