bulld - Gets the Earth Rotation Bulletin A daemon

bulld [days=] [debug]

This program retrieves the IERS Bulletin A files. It writes

/var/tmp/mark3.out
/var/tmp/finals.all

These files are used to get the DUT (UT1-UT) values and the polar offsets.

Note:This daemon must be run by the user set by the TELESCOPE environment variable.

days= sleep and repeat every integer days (default:no repeat).
