NAME
era - calculates the earth rotation angle
SYNOPSIS
era [iso=yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SSZ] [decimal] [site=] [nodut] [help]
DESCRIPTION
This program prints out the earth rotation angle in hh:mm:ss time.
It assumes that the UNIX clock is correct and derives the
longitude from the telescope server
using the tel_status command.
If the Universal time specified it corresponds to today's date.
OPTIONS
iso= calculates for the ISO date time.
decimal - prints out the local sidereal time in decimal degrees.
nodut - disables Delta UT calculations.
site= uses the attached string to set the site location
rather than the server.
