NAME
precess - calculates astronomical precession of the equinoxes
SYNOPSIS
precess [to=yyyy] [iso=iso] [debug] [high] [decimal]
DESCRIPTION
This program reads coordinate strings arriving
in the standard input.
It then precesses the equinox to the current system clock or the value
specfied on the command line.
The program uses the matrix method of precession.
The routine is taken from the SOFA routines.
OPTIONS
to=yyyy the decimal year of the equinox of the output
coordinates.
The default is the current epoch.
iso=yyyy the iso date sets year of the equinox of the output
