precrot - calculates rotation between ICRS and observed
SYNOPSIS
precrot
[mode=observed]
[site=]
[iso=yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SSZ] [verbose] [debug]
DESCRIPTION
This program converts coordinate strings
arriving in stdin
and determines the rotation angle in degrees
between the observed and the IRCS coordinate.
It also prints out the scale expansion factor for 1 degree.
The baseline is +/- 0.5 degree off the input location.
OPTIONS
iso= changes the observation epoch.
site= sets the observing site.
mode= changes the final output mode to either
astrometric, geocentric, topocentric, or icrs.
verbose - prints out ha,alt,az too.
