SYNOPSIS
ciralign radius= [debug] [help]
DESCRIPTION
ciralign does a least squares fit to the
angle offset data that is in standard input.
These data are the angle off the disk and and linear offset in the direction
of the zero angle point.
It then determines the angle and displacement from the center of the disk.
