ether= specifies where the PMAC is found and overrides the PMAC environment variable.
motor= changes the motor from the default value of 1.
time= changes the observation time default value of 5 seconds.
val= sets the value from -99 to 99 in percentage of full. This must be set.
noquery - doesn't issue a position or status command.
If Cntrl^C is struck or a limit is hit, then Kill command is emitted.
