rmsem - kills off server semaphores
SYNOPSIS
rmsem
DESCRIPTION
rmsem is a script that removes all the semaphores
that are used by the servers.
Very occasionally, for unexplained reasons, these may cause
hangs and may need to be removed.
Note:
You must be logged in as master telescope
user rct to run the process.
Do a 'su rct' to accomplish this.
