tin - sends a message to telco
SYNOPSIS
tin [arguments]
DESCRIPTION
tin sends the arguments on the command line
to the telco program.
It is actually just a wrapper around
the tx program changing the port
to 0x1360.
It also send the added line
user=$LOGNAME
where LOGNAME is the users name taken from environment.
