derivative - calculate derivative from input data
SYNOPSIS
derivative [uniform]
DESCRIPTION
This routine reads data two columnar data with x in the first and y in the second.
It then prints out dy/dx at the half way point.
If the uniform keyword is specified, the y data can be in the first
(and only) column.
The x value starts at 0 and auto increments.
