fft1d - to Fourier transform columnar data

SYNOPSIS

fft1d[ycol=] [icol=] [xcol=] [bias] [inverse] [num=] [step=] [complex] [verbose] [format=] [ndata=]

DESCRIPTION

This routine computes the 1-dimensional Fourier transform of the evenly sampled data arriving on the standard input.

OPTIONS

xcol= sets the column number where the abscissa value is located. The only purpose of this is to determine the step size by making the assumption that the data are evenly distributed.

ycol= sets the column number where the input real data are. The default is column 1.
