histcol - generates histogram from columnar data
SYNOPSIS
histcol bin= [debug]
DESCRIPTION
histcol takes the columnar floating point data
and generates a histogram with the specified bin size.
It then prints it to stdout along with the integral.
Only values between the extrema are printed.
