spike - to locate sharp spikes
SYNOPSIS
spike fits_file thresh= [debug]
DESCRIPTION
spike scans through the fits file and searches for
individual pixels that are more than thresh above all
the four neighboring pixels.
It then prints out a star list in star format.
OPTIONS
thresh= sets the number of ADUs above the neighbors.
It must be specified.
