NAME

rtemps - reads telescope temperature sensors

SYNOPSIS

rtemps [XPC_OPTIONS]

rtemps implements the BAIT protocol to read the temperature sensors on the RCT telescope.

COMMAND LINE OPTIONS

port= changes the default listing port from the default 0x1340.

COMMANDS

In the following optional arguments are indicated in [] brackets. All commands have the help option that lists the available keywords.

TEMPS

temps

Returns the values of the telescope sensor temperatures in degrees Celsius. Where the sensors have the following names.
ChannelLocation
0 mid south truss
1 air sensor at M1
2 south truss at M1
3 north truss at M1
4 west headRing
5 air sensor at M2
6 mid north truss
7 east headring

Note: several of the temperature sensors are not working and will be missing in the report. Look at Device page for more details.
