Usage

insgen [debug[=]] [avoid=] [interval=] [nomoon] [nogenerate] [nopublish] [nosort]  \
[import] [reqid=[,]] [reqid=xxx,yyy [...]

insgen generates the telescope schedule. When invoked, insgen reads the current system time and depending on the command line options reads specific requests or all active requests from the database. It uses a least cost insertion algorithm to make the decisions. It then generates a schedule of observations and publishes the results in the database. NOTE: command line options are processed in the order on the command line and so the order may be important.
