Reading the Database

insgen reads the entries in the Request table of the database joining with others as needed. Requests may be entered by specifying their RequestIDs directly with the reqid= option, or entered en masse by using the import option. As each request is read insgen makes some tests on the correctness of the request. If errors are detected, an entry is made to the Skipped table in the database with the Rejected row set to a non-zero value.
