Rejected Requests

Here are some reasons that a a request may be rejected:

• north limit - declination too big
• south limit - declination too small
• no UTStart, SunStart or Coordinate - can't find window
• no obstime - can't determine observing time
• UTStart not HMS - non sexagesimal format
• priority too low - priority less than -99 (check this)

NOTE: The import option automatically reads requests that meet the following:

• Request where Count > NumberDone
• Request where Priority > -99
• Requests that have not failed in the past 1.5 hours
• Requests that have not suceeded in the past 12 hours

The above values are found in the Request table.

NOTE: Requests that have a Count == NULL are always active.
